This policy applies to purchases from Turfmanzi Irrigation (Pty) Ltd, trading as TMI Irrigation. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Request a return
Contact info@turfmanziirrigation.co.za with your order reference and the reason for return. For damaged or incorrect goods, photographs help us assess the issue. We will confirm the return destination and arrangements. This process does not remove your legal rights.
30-day voluntary returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving your item. Goods must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We will confirm acceptance and return transport arrangements before you send the goods. Any transport cost will be disclosed before you agree to it.
Custom-made or personalised goods, hazardous materials and gift cards are excluded from this voluntary offer. These exclusions and packaging conditions do not limit statutory rights relating to faulty, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Online cooling-off rights
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel a qualifying goods purchase without giving a reason within seven days after receiving the goods. Only the direct cost of returning the goods may be charged. Payments must be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain goods made to your specifications.
Faulty, unsafe or incorrect goods
Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, goods that fail its quality requirements within six months after delivery may be returned without penalty at our risk and expense. You may direct us to repair or replace the goods, or refund the price paid, as provided by the Act. Original packaging is not a prerequisite for these statutory remedies. Manufacturer warranties operate in addition to statutory rights.
Refunds and exchanges
We will notify you of the outcome after assessing the return. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible within 10 business days, subject always to any shorter applicable legal deadline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. Contact us if the refund has not appeared within 15 business days after approval. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
