Turfmanzi Irrigation (Pty) Ltd, trading as TMI Irrigation, delivers to supported South African addresses shown at checkout.
Delivery charges
- Approved small-parcel products: R150 excluding VAT / R172.50 including 15% VAT.
- Medium equipment, when available for online delivery: R500 excluding VAT / R575 including 15% VAT.
- Pipes, tanks and other bulky goods generally require a freight quote or branch collection; individually approved parcel exceptions display their parcel rate at checkout.
Shipping eligibility is assigned by product, not by a blanket weight threshold. The available delivery option and total charge are shown at checkout before payment. If an item requires quoted freight, please contact us for a custom order rather than using a parcel rate.
If specialist transport becomes necessary after an order is placed, we will contact you before dispatch to agree the arrangements. No additional delivery charge will be applied without your agreement. Local delivery is available only where offered at checkout; its displayed charge applies.
Free branch collection
Collection is available when checkout offers the branch for the items in your order. Stock, branch allocation and collection timing are confirmed for each order. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before travelling, and bring your order confirmation. A specific 24-hour collection promise applies only where stated on the product page and confirmed with your order. Confirm suitable collection arrangements for bulky goods.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock allocation. Timing depends on stock, destination, product size and carrier availability. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact you about material delays or stock problems.
Provide a complete delivery address and recipient contact number, and ensure someone can receive the goods. Any re-delivery charge due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient will be confirmed before re-delivery.
Delivery problems
Inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible. Contact info@turfmanziirrigation.co.za promptly with your order number if goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Photographs are helpful where practical. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
